Ordering & Shipping

All Love Medals jewellery is handmade. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 48 hours. Orders will typically take 2 to 4 weeks to make. Please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your purchase, please email us. If you need your order right away, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. love@lovemedals.com

Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping. Taxes will be added according to your location.
No taxes will be added to American or International orders.

Extra shipping charges may apply for custom orders. All of our orders are shipped from Victoria, Canada.

REFUNDS

For refunds or exchanges, email us within seven days of receiving your item and we will return your email with further instruction. The item must be sent back unworn, not damaged and in its original packaging. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number. If outside of Canada, please indicate for customs purposes, that the item is a return.

All “Sale” or discounted items are final sale, including promo codes. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
